Any buff to shields is good in my books, even with these values you're still only 2-3 viziam shots away from death... I especially like the increase to the lower level extenders, those things are worthless.

The good ole spambler rifle =). Thing needs a damn ROF cap lowering, heat per shot(low), and a slight range buff. There I just made an awesome tact rifle that isn't CQC spam weapon. YW CCP.

Its more of an issue of that it hits a **** tank really hard. Shields are supposed to skirmish, yet scr screws you in the ass before you can react. Add in latency and you end up with rage... I think extenders could use some love if the scr is cons...
